Pricing is typically per completed call, per minute, per hour, or a combination. While a recent industry analysis showed DCCI offers some of the most competitive rates in the marketplace, it’s not just about cost. Telefundraising is also about “value,” and “strengthening your relationship with your donors.” In fact, in most cases, we’re able to offer more to our clients (e.g. set-up & development, customized reporting, creative services, quality assurance, and an Account Manager who will strategically oversee all aspects of your campaign) at no additional cost. DCCI works hard to provide simple pricing models and does do not take a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach.
Our rates include just about everything needed to launch your campaign and maintain it going forward. This includes a comprehensive file analysis, program setup & reporting, agent training, script writing, letter writing, letter production and even postage on your carrier envelopes! We will not ‘nickel and dime you’ with a bunch of ancillary charges that add up over weeks and years. We believe in transparency and will ensure all components of an agreement are decided before services commence.
