Ameridial Celebrates 25 Years of Outbound and Inbound Call Center Excellence
On June 28th, 2012 an open house was held honoring Ameridial and its employees for 25 years in business. Several local dignitaries joined the festivities including, Thomas Queen, Community Relations Coordinator for Congressman James Renacci of the 16th District Court of Ohio, Senator Scott Oelslager, Ohio Senate for the 129th General Assembly, Janet Weir Creighton, Commissioner ,and Dr. Peter Ferguson, Stark County, Ohio, Commissioner. July 1st is the actual Anniversary date.
25 years ago, Ameridial was founded as a privately held company headquartered in Ohio. Since then, it has gone on to achieve levels of excellence in both the outbound and inbound call center spaces, winning awards and growing its business during the past two and a half decades.
During its 25 years of existence, Ameridial has carved out several specialties. One strength of the company is its expertise in the healthcare field. From the very beginning, Ameridial has supported leading healthcare organizations, leveraging personnel, technology and experience to help these companies save money and exceed government regulations.
The company also serves other verticals, such as the direct response and non-profit markets. In addition to outbound and inbound call center services, it offers IVR solutions and sales and lead generation programs. In the past 25 years, Ameridial has grown to encompass 500 workstations across eight centers located in Ohio and North Carolina and it employs more than 800 sales and service professionals.
