©2012 Ameridial, Inc. | All Rights Reserved Contact Center Results Since 1987 Executive Team Profiles Topaz Roberts, Director Program Management Topaz has been with Ameridial for over 17 years.  During her tenure with Ameridial she has held several positions within the organization and continuous career development and growth.  As Program Manager Topaz oversaw several programs including a major wireless telecommunications reseller for inbound customer care and sales as well as an in inbound customer care for a major eye health care services for which we provided benefit explanation and provider locator services.   Topaz successfully manages programs among other that have annualized revenue of $8+ million.  At present, Topaz is the Director of our Program Management Department managing the Program Management and Implementation groups.  She is actively involved in client programs and meetings where through her experience she can provide strategic insight into the success of a program.
