Michael McCarthy, Vice President Healthcare Services
Michael comes to Ameridial with 20 years of supervision and
management in healthcare related service organizations and call
centers supporting Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial
carriers. He has had direct oversight and management of Part D
Service of the second largest Part D plan in the United States.
Michael brings extensive experience supporting members,
providers, pharmacy and enrollment services meeting all service
and regulatory requirements. He oversaw S.T.A.R. improvement
and FCR initiative. He was directly responsible for CTM
Grievance Department. Most recently, Michael was the Call
Center Director - Medicare Part D with MemberHealth/Universal
American/CVS-Caremark.
