Work at Home Opportunities

If you need to work from home, are a stay-at-home parent, or want to have a flexible schedule and make a good base pay plus great commissions, Ameridial’s work-from-home program is ideal for you.

Our work-from-home program offers all the stability and professionalism of our contact centers, named among the top outsourcers in the industry. We provide a base hourly wage, extensive paid training and coaching and the same benefits as working in our offices.

To work at home, you need:

What if I need to reschedule my interview?

In our commercial division, interviews can be rescheduled through our recruiter through email at jobs@ameridial.com. In our healthcare division please call the center manager at the office where you are applying.

What should I expect during my interview?

The Ameridial interview process begins with a telephone interview with one of our recruiters. This call covers basic employment information and determines preliminary qualifications and interest in the job. If there is mutual interest after the call, we schedule a personal interview at our office.

This interview begins with a series of online tests including a typing test, internet navigation and a personality test used to determine the Ameridial program that best suits each candidate. We conclude with a personal interview with the call center manager and an opportunity to see the work environment.

How will I know if Ameridial wants to interview me?

The candidates we’re interested in interviewing will receive a phone call from a recruiter to conduct a brief telephone interview.

Depending on the response from our advertising, it may take a couple of days to receive a call from an Ameridial recruiter.

How do I know if you received my application?

After you submit your application, you’ll see an on-screen message letting you know it was received.
